Help and support
Most questions are answered in under a minute by one of three places: the how-to guide for the tool you are using, the FAQ, or a direct message to us. In that order, usually.
How to use each tool
Every tool has a full walkthrough covering its inputs, results, and shortcuts:
How to use the WhatsApp username checker
A walkthrough of the live rule checklist, suggested fixes, example handles and shortcuts, and how to read every result.
GuideHow to use the WhatsApp username generator
What to put in each field, how personal and business modes differ, and how to save favourites and verify the winner.
GuideHow to use the WhatsApp link generator
Building a correct wa.me link, from country codes and number formats to pre-filled messages and the PNG or SVG QR downloads.
GuideHow to use the handle checker
How to read the platform cards, add optional platforms, use the universal suggestion, and verify availability honestly.
Quick answers to the usual suspects
- Can any of these tools check if a name is available? No, and nothing can. WhatsApp has no public availability lookup. The tools validate format; the FAQ explains why in detail.
- The app rejected a name the checker approved. Format was valid; the name is taken, reserved, or the feature has not fully reached your account. See every rejection decoded.
- My QR code does not scan. Nine times out of ten it is print size or contrast. Run through the five reasons printed codes fail.
- I do not see usernames in my WhatsApp yet. The rollout is gradual and cannot be forced. The preparation checklist covers what to do meanwhile.
Reach a human
If the tools misbehave, the content is wrong, or your question is not covered, email [email protected] or use the contact page. We usually reply within two to three working days. Include the page and what you expected to happen; screenshots help.
One honest boundary: we cannot help with WhatsApp account problems, bans, or recovery. Only WhatsApp's own support can act on accounts.
