Three kinds of messages are especially useful:

• Rule corrections. WhatsApp usernames are still rolling out and details can change. If the app behaves differently from what a tool or guide says, tell us and we will re-verify and update the page.
• Bugs. A tool that misbehaves, on any device, in any browser.
• Suggestions. Ideas that fit the focus of the site. We deliberately do not add unrelated utilities.

What to expect

A reply from a person, usually within two to three working days. Bug reports and rule corrections tend to get answered fastest because they affect everyone. Nothing you send is added to a mailing list, and your address is used only to reply to you, consistent with our privacy policy.

Before writing, two shortcuts might save you the wait: the help page covers tool troubleshooting, and the FAQ answers the most common questions.

We cannot help with WhatsApp account issues, bans, or support requests. For those, only WhatsApp's own support can act.
