About WA Toolkit
WA Toolkit is a small set of free tools for people setting up their WhatsApp identity: checking a username against the rules, generating valid ideas, creating click-to-chat links with QR codes, and keeping a handle consistent across platforms.
The site is built on two rules.
Everything runs in your browser
There is no backend, no account, and no database. Usernames, phone numbers, and messages you type are processed on your device and never sent anywhere. This is not a privacy policy promise, it is how the site is built.
No faked results
WhatsApp has no public way to check whether a username is available. So our tools check what can actually be verified, the format rules, and say plainly what they cannot verify. Any tool that claims to check WhatsApp username availability is guessing, and we would rather be honest than impressive.
Not affiliated with WhatsApp
WA Toolkit is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp is a trademark of its owner; we just build tools that are useful alongside it.
Beyond the tools, the guides document the rules and strategies in detail, starting with the username rules, and the blog covers the rollout as it happens.
Something wrong, outdated, or missing? Tell us through the contact page. Rule accuracy reports are especially welcome while the username feature is still rolling out.
