Cookie policy

The short version: WA Toolkit currently sets no cookies. This page exists so you can verify that claim and know exactly what would change if it ever stops being true.

What we use today

No cookies, first party or third party. No tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, no session identifiers. The site is static pages and browser-side tools, and none of it needs to know who you are.

Local storage, which is not a cookie

Two preferences are saved in your browser's local storage, on your device, and are never transmitted anywhere:

• Theme choice, if you switch between dark and light mode.
• Saved usernames, if you star suggestions in the username generator.

You can clear both at any time through your browser's site data settings, and the site works fine without them.

Analytics cookies

We run no analytics today. If we ever add any, the plan is a cookie-free, privacy-respecting service. If a chosen service did require cookies, this page and the privacy policy would be updated before it goes live, not after.

Advertising cookies

There are no ads on this site today. If advertising is introduced in the future, ad partners such as Google AdSense may use cookies to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. Before that happens, this policy will describe the specific cookies involved, and where the law requires it, you will see a consent prompt with a real choice, including the option to decline.
