Privacy policy
Updated
The summary: WA Toolkit collects no personal data, runs its tools entirely in your browser, sets no cookies, and runs no analytics or ads today. The rest of this page makes that precise and explains what would change if any of it changes.
What we collect
Nothing you type. Usernames, phone numbers, messages, and handles entered into the tools are processed on your device and never transmitted to us or anyone else. There are no accounts, no forms that submit to a server, and no databases.
What stays on your device
Two preferences are stored in your browser's local storage: your theme choice and any usernames you save in the generator. They never leave your device, and clearing your browser's site data removes them. Details are in the cookie policy.
Hosting logs
Like every website, our hosting provider processes standard technical request data, such as IP addresses and requested URLs, to deliver pages, prevent abuse, and keep the service running. We do not use this data to identify visitors, and we do not enrich, sell, or share it.
Cookies
None today, first party or third party. The cookie policy documents this and describes exactly what would change if cookies were ever introduced.
Analytics
None today. If we add analytics, the intent is a cookie-free, privacy-respecting service that counts visits without identifying visitors. This policy will be updated before anything goes live.
Advertising
No ads today. If advertising, such as Google AdSense, is introduced in the future, ad partners may process data and use cookies to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted by law. Before that happens: this policy and the cookie policy will be updated to name the partners and describe the data involved, and where consent is legally required, you will be asked for it with a genuine option to decline. Ads will also be visually distinct from content, per our editorial policy.
Third-party services
The site is served by our hosting provider and loads no third-party scripts, fonts, or trackers. Fonts are self-hosted. External links, including links to WhatsApp and other platforms, lead to sites with their own privacy practices that we do not control.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, and to object to its processing. Because we hold no personal data about you, most requests resolve to a simple truth: there is nothing on our side to access or delete. Data stored in your browser is under your direct control. If you believe we hold something about you, or you want to exercise any right, contact us and we will respond honestly and promptly.
Data retention
We retain nothing, because we collect nothing. Hosting logs are retained by the provider for their standard operational window and then discarded under their policies.
Children
The site is general-audience reference and tooling. It does not knowingly collect data from anyone, children included, because it does not collect data at all.
Changes to this policy
The date above reflects the last revision. Material changes, such as introducing analytics or advertising, will be reflected here before they take effect, not after.
Contact for privacy concerns
Questions, concerns, or requests: email [email protected] or use the contact page. Privacy questions get answered directly, not with a form letter.
